It is exciting to realize that your child will enter high school next year. We will work in our Career Development classes to help students design a 4-year plan of high school courses that will meet their interests and satisfy graduation requirements. This is a tentative plan that may be changed later and is not their official registration.
Parents are an integral part of the process involved in helping students plan for the future. You are invited to come to any Career Development class on Friday May 22, 2015, to work with your child on their 4-year plan. I will make the same presentation to each class so you will hear the same information as your child whenever you attend. Please choose the time that meets your needs. This is a complex process because there are so many options at the high school, so it would help your child if you have the same information they have to help them plan.
