It's Homecoming Week at AHS which means floats, a parade, Homecoming court and football, but there's lots that will go on between now and Friday for Badger and Lady Badger athletics.

THE 7TH GRADE FOOTBALL TEAM will have its final home game tonight on AllCare Field at Badger Stadium. The 7th grade Badgers defeated Nashville and Fountain Lake last week and went 2-1 in their jamboree at Malvern on Saturday. Kickoff is at 5:30 Monday and admission is $3.

THE JUNIOR HIGH VOLLEYBALL TEAMS will wrap up the season this week, with the final regular season matches at Malvern on Tuesday and home against Ashdown on Thursday. On Saturday, the 9th grade Lady Badgers will head to Fountain Lake for the 4A-West Junior High District Tournament.

AHS VOLLEYBALL WILL HOST SENIOR NIGHT festivities this Thursday when Arkadelphia hosts Ashdown. The night will feature the final match for the 8th grade team to kick things off. The Senior Night ceremonies will be held between the junior varsity and varsity matches. 

HOMECOMING IS FRIDAY AT AHS and activities will begin in the morning with the Homecoming pep rally at 9:35 in the AHS gym. The parade will be at 4:00 in downtown Arkadelphia and the Homecoming queen coronation will begin at 6:30 before the football game. Kickoff between the Badgers and the Mena Bearcats is set for 7:00 p.m.
