The Arkansas Times has selected Fateemah Faiq of Arkadelphia High School to the Arkansas Class of 2018 Academic All-Star Team. Fateemah is the daughter of Ms. Saba Chaudry. Along with Fateemah, Taylor Savage also of Arkadelphia High School received honorable mention in being selected to the final round of judging for the All-Star Academic Team. Taylor is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Rob Savage. Since 1995, the Arkansas Times honors these stellar students who excel not only academically but also keep up an outstanding pace outside of school with extracurricular activities, volunteer work, mission activities, etc.  Only 20 students in the state of Arkansas receive this prestigious award.  On Friday, April 27 these students were honored at a ceremony at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with plaques and cash awards. Fateemah plans to attend the Stanford University in California.
