Free Flu Shots for Students

Friday, October 16, 2015 for Goza Middle School, Arkadelphia High School, and Peake Elementary Schools

Wednesday, October 21, 2015 for Perritt Primary and Central Primary Schools

For your child to receive a FREE flu shot you must return the completed FERPA and Flu Form (front & back) to your child’s school by Friday, October 9, 2015

This is not a required immunization but a free opportunity from the Clark County Health Department to protect your child from influenza (flu).

The mass flu clinic is available for all Clark County residents on October 30, 2015 from 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. at the Arkadelphia Parks and Recreation Center.
