Caps and Gowns, along with anything else you have ordered from Herff-Jones, will be delivered to Arkadelphia High School next week on Thursday, April 16th. Rick and Michelle Lancaster, our Herff-Jones partners) will provide a drive-through pick-up service for your safety and convenience.
Here's how it works:
Between 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., enter AHS campus from High School Drive. Take a left when you get to campus to circle around the back of the school and continue to the stadium entrance. A map is attached to this email to show the path we need you to take to make sure the traffic flow is efficient. Place a sheet of paper in the front window of your car on the driver's side with your name printed in LARGE letters. When you arrive at the stadium entrance, lower your window and your graduation order will be passed to you. Please stay in your car.
If you are already paid in full, you may then leave. Exit from the Goza entrance and out onto Malone Drive.
If you owe for your supplies, you may pay by credit/debit card or with correct change in cash. If you need to know how much you owe, either check online or text Rick (501-318-8126) and ask about your balance (be sure to let him know who you are and where you go to school when you text him).
