4A-SOUTH SOCCER TOURNEY UPDATE: The first two matches of the 4A South Soccer tourney semifinals will now to be played in Little Rock at PA at 5:00 & 7:00 Thursday. The Arkadelphia vs. De Queen girls and Mena vs. De Queen boys will still play Thursday night at 5:00 & 7:00 at AHS.

- Arkadelphia vs. Nashville in 4A South 1st Round; winner qualifies for State Tournament and advances to next week's conference tourney semis. The season will end for the loser of tonight's match.

BASEBALL: The cardiac kids do it again!
- Arkadelphia scores two runs in the bottom of the 7th to defeat Nashville 4-3 on Senior Night. Senior Tucker Freeman drives in Senior KJ Terry for the win after Senior Alec Ruble led off 7th with a triple.

Arkadelphia will play Nashville tonight at HSU's Clyde Berry Field. First pitch is set for 6:00. If weather pushes that back any, we'll notify. Tonight will be Varsity only.
- The Senior Night ceremony will take place after the game.

GIRLS: Lady Badgers will host Nashville this Friday (April 26) at 6:00 pm at AHS; winner to State Tourney and on to conference semis.
BOYS: Badgers will travel to Robinson Monday night (April 29) at 7:00; same “win or go home” scenario.
BASEBALL: Badgers hold on to 9-2 lead in bottom of 7th to defeat Malvern 9-8 in Malvern. AHS moves to 8-2 in 4A-7 play; sets up Thursday game vs 10-1 Nashville in Arkadelphia for 1st place.
BASEBALL: The Badger baseball makeup game at Malvern today has been moved up to a 4:00 start time and will be Varsity only.

Congratulations to AHS senior Rhett Womack for signing to continue to his wrestling career as a student-athlete at Williams Baptist University in Walnut Ridge. Womack was a state runner-up as a junior and won a State Championship as a senior with Badgers.

GIRLS’ SOCCER UPDATE: El Dorado has had to make last-minute switch of start time of tonight’s girls’ match with their boys’ match vs JA Fair. The Lady Badgers will now begin approx 6:30 tonight instead of 5:00. Team will be dismissed from class at 3:00 instead of 1:00.
