BADGERS in Action Friday, February 23 The Badger Varsity Girls take on Camden Fairview in the 4A South Regional Tournament Round 2. Game begins at 4:00 pm. The 4A South Regional Tournament is begin held in Nashville, AR.

Thursday, February 22
The Badger Varsity Boys take on Warren in the 4A South Regional Tournament Round 1. Game begins at 5:30 pm.
The Badger Varsity Girls defeated Hamburg in Round 1 last night, punching their ticket to the 4A State Tournament.
The 4A South Regional Tournament is begin held in Nashville, AR.

Tonight is the last home game of the season for Varsity Basketball against the Malvern Leopards. Lady Badgers begin at 6 p.m. Senior Recognition will be after the girls' game. The OBU Children's Choir will perform the National Anthem before the Lady Badger game. Let's Go!
This a reminder that there will be NO school on Friday, February 16, and Monday, February 19.

The main water line that services Goza Middle School and Arkadelphia High School has been broken. Estimated time for repair is 2-3 hours. Lunches have already been prepared and nearing the end of serving. If parents want to pick up students or call to give permission for their student driver to check out, it will be considered excused. Buses will not run until regular dismissal times. We will have bottled water available for students who stay on campus. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through this unfortunate and unexpected event. Perritt Primary and Peake Elementary are not impacted and will continue their regular school day.

Beginning Monday, February 12 through the end of the school year, Arkadelphia Public Schools will dismiss 14 minutes later than the current schedule to make up the 5 snow days missed in January.
New dismissal times for each campus are as follows:
Perritt Primary School will dismiss at 3:09 p.m.
Peake Elementary School will dismiss at 3:09 p.m.
Goza Middle School will dismiss at 3:19 p.m.
Arkadelphia High School will dismiss at 3:19 p.m.
There is NO change to the start time at any school campus. With the later dismissals, the bus routes will be 14 minutes later in the afternoon than normal.
Thursday, May 23 will be the last day of school. Any future days missed will be added to the end of the calendar, beginning May 24th.

A reminder that there is an AHS FACE (Family And Community Engagement) meeting at noon tomorrow, Wednesday, February 7th. The Annual Title 1 presentation will be postponed until a later meeting. The regular FACE meeting will still take place in the AHS Conference Room.
