The Readers' Club will have the Mosquitoland meeting on Sept. 25. Meetings will be held both lunches in the Internet Cafe. There will be a DeepTalk meeting at 6:30 that evening at Chicken Express.
There will be a Financial Aid Workshop for all AHS seniors and parents on Thursday, Sept. 21. This will be a very informative meeting. Please come with any questions you have!
Ms. Alexander's AHS biology students are doing microscope labs this week. Students are examining elodea leaves and their own cheek cells in this lab.

Sophomores: The PSAT will be given at AHS on October 25, 2017. The cost for the PSAT will be $20.00. You must sign-up & pay to take this test by Sept. 15, 2017.

Mr. McMillion's engineering class is studying Newton's Laws of Motion and how they affect the motion of vehicles. Students designed their own vehicles and developed them over numerous trials.
