The NAACP will be here on Wednesday, March 28 during both lunches, in the cafeteria, to register students to vote. If you are 18 now or will be 18 before the November election, you can register.

11th Grade Cone Foundation will be visiting the Ross Foundation on Friday, March 16 during 5th period and both lunches. Students will attend a presentation on philanthropy and community service.
Do you like Crawfish? Crawfish dinners are coming to AHS. Tickets are on sale for $20 until Friday 3/9. See any of the following DECA students or Mr. G. : Fateemah Fiaq, Javonte Brown, James Fitzgerald, Sarah Pollock, Harrison Shuffield, Reece Nowlin, and Nancy Kwetchou. Crawfish will be boiled right here at AHS on Friday 3/16.

The Goza Middle School 7th and 8th grade bands and the AHS Band will present a concert at Jones Auditorium at Ouachita Baptist University TONIGHT. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free. Please come join us for an evening of great music performed by some of Arkadelphia's most talented young musicians!
Seven AHS DECA students will be attending the International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, GA this April. These students must raise over $1,000 each. They are offering reserved tickets to a crawfish boil dinner, which is sponsored in part by Jon Fitzgerald of OBU Sodexo. The dinner will include 3 lbs. of crawfish, potatoes, corn and onion. The boil will be held on the campus of AHS on March 16. Limited tickets may be purchased in advance by Friday, March 9th for $20. Contact the DECA Advisor David Gustaveson at 870-246-7373.

Theta Alpha Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma is hosting a talent show at Henderson State University on March 31 for any interested middle school and high school students.

Access to Arkadelphia High School from W.P. Malone will be closed until further notice. We are going to route all traffic through High School Drive.
This action may last for the remainder of the semester. Please spread the word.
