Mrs. Robin Jones' AHS FACS & Life Span Development classes are in the process of becoming certified in Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the Red Cross. There are 105 students who have completed the online course and are working on the skills portion. Great job students!
AHS Senior Colin Phillips was recognized at Tuesday's Board of Education Meeting for being named a Finalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program. Congratulations to Colin on this outstanding achievement!

The Arkadelphia Badger Baseball and Softball games that were to be played at home tonight against Fountain Lake have been rescheduled until Thursday.

Physicals will be held at Arkadelphia High School and will begin at 1:30p.m. during athletic class periods.
This week, Perritt, Peake & Goza students will be taking state-required assessments. Baseball and softball will celebrate senior night.

Earlier this month, the APS Board of Education approved the 2022-23 district calendar. Wednesday, August 17, 2022, will be the first school day of the year. Christmas Break begins on Monday, December 19. Students return on Tuesday, January 3rd for the second semester.
You are invited to a special Night of Champions this Friday at the Arkadelphia Youth Sports Complex during the Badger Baseball Game!
This will be a great time to celebrate the accomplishments our youth and cheer on Badger Baseball!

What an amazing celebration of cultures from around the world Thursday at Arkadelphia High School! Thank you to the AHS International Club for your hard work in presenting this opportunity to our students and community.
Ms. Morris' 3rd Grade Class at Peake writes affirmations throughout the week to their classmates. Thursday, the class read the affirmations placed in their envelope & shared some out loud. We love seeing students build each other up through positive statements about their peers!
