If you would like your child to receive a free flu shot at that time, the flu shot consent form and FERPA agreement must be returned to your child’s school by Monday, October 13th. These forms are available in the main office at AHS. Flu shot forms have already been sent home at Peake and Goza.
You can also download the forms by going to https://aptg.co/RgRyTM
If you have any questions, contact your school nurse.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Here is your opportunity to support breast cancer awareness by purchasing a shirt! All proceeds go directly toward hosting the UAMS MammoVan and our 3rd Annual Breast Cancer Survivor Luncheon. Shirts will arrive in time for this year’s district-wide Pink Out on October 17th—don’t miss your chance to wear pink and make a difference! 🌸

We appreciate the custodians in our school district who do so much of their job behind the scenes. We could not do school without them. Thank you for all you do! Let them know how much you appreciate them.

Our team just wrapped up its regular season on Monday against the Nashville Scrappers! Now, it's time for the postseason. They'll be competing in the 4A-7 District Tournament on Monday, October 6, held right here at the HSU and OBU tennis courts.
Head Coach Melanie Bobo has five seniors leading the way this year, along with some exciting and talented underclassmen taking to the court.
Good luck to Arkadelphia Tennis as you compete! Bring home that hardware! 💙🐾🎾

Congratulations to Millie Martin, a Peake Elementary student nominated by Ms. Snowden for this month’s Badger Pride Award! Millie exemplifies our CKH word of the month, “empathy.” She shows kindness and understanding to everyone around her, but especially to a fellow classmate who knows they can always count on Millie’s care and support.

Badger Pride Spotlight goes to Giselle Marroquin! We are so proud of Giselle, an 8th grader at Goza Middle School, who represented Arkadelphia on the national stage this summer! She competed at the National FBLA Competition in California and placed 2nd in the nation. An incredible accomplishment that shows her hard work and leadership. She was nominated by Ms. Hunter for starting the school year by showing true school spirit.
Congratulations, Giselle! You are a shining example of #BadgerPride, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll accomplish!
