The Arkadelphia High School Badger Basketball Team was recognized at the March School Board Meeting. The team finished with a 25-5 record for the season and 13-1 in conference! The team held a 21-game winning streak in the season; 4A-7 Season Co-Champs; 4A-7 District Runner-up; Pea Ridge and Fordyce Tournament Champions; and qualified for the 4A Regional and State Tournament.
Head Coach Donald Williams was named 7-4A Coach of the Year!
Congratulations to Coach Williams, Coach Garrett Garner, and the entire team on a great season!

Music In Our Schools at Perritt Primary is led by first year teacher, Ansley Webb. Mrs. Webb says one of her favorite things about this year is seeing the purpose of music come to life. "Every child needs a place to be curious and creative. The K-2 music room is a great place for students to do just that!" This week, first grade classes are preparing for their April musical! You are doing an amazing job Mrs. Webb!

Mrs. Eriksson's Art Classes at Peake Elementary have been creating monoprints with Gelli plates and paints. Students are also making beautiful cards using relief printing. When the artwork is finished, the students will compose encouraging messages to put on the cards.
All AHS Juniors are preparing to take the ACT Exam Wednesday, April 6 on our campus. The students are receiving a great opportunity with the exam being free to them. Students need to be at school and ready to start the exam at 8:00 a.m. You can do it juniors!

The Jr. High Quiz Bowl team was awarded Badger Pride Awards for earning 4th Place in the Regional Quiz Bowl Tournament hosted at Goza Middle School this semester. Team members are Hayleigh Lynn, Nate Newton, Timothy LeVar, Carly Martin, Grey Ivy, Alaina Metcalf and All-Tournament members Sephorah Faiq and Julian Overton. The team sponsor is Misti Dixon. We are so proud of Arkadelphia Quiz Bowl!

One week from today begins our onsite kindergarten 2022-23 registration at Perritt Primary School! Families will have the opportunity to complete registration and meet the kindergarten teachers. We are planning a fun time for our Future Badgers and their families!

Congratulations to the Junior High Basketball Badgers on their championship season. The team was recognized at the March Board Meeting with Coach John Ware. The boys earned conference and district titles this season. Leon Ellis serves as assistant coach. Great job Badgers!



The Arkadelphia Jr. High Girls Basketball Team was recognized at the March Board Meeting for their outstanding season. The team was runner up in conference and district with a record of 21-5 overall and 9-2 in conference. Coaches are Ryan Ellison & Jennifer Coon. We're so proud!

Goza Middle School Future Business Leaders of America were recognized at the March Board Meeting for their outstanding performance at the District Leadership Conference in Hope. The students will compete at state in April. The Goza FBLA Advisor is Lakesha Berry. Congratulations!

Congrats to Lady Badgers Gracie Simpson and Breanna Edington who received $500 scholarships at the D-Mac Softball Tournament in Hope last weekend! The event is in memory of Spring Hill Teacher Debra McMasters who saved 3 people in the Albert Pike flood before she passed away

A tremendous teacher celebration for AHS Special Education Instructor Julie Bradshaw! Mrs. Bradshaw is an advocate for her students. She is always there for her co-workers. Julie, we appreciate all your hard work and dedication to educating our students!

Beautiful student artwork is on display outside the Goza Middle School Art Room. The project is based on the Blue Willow Legend & the china plate depicting the story. Students chose their favorite image from the plate & created a painting using a blue monochromatic color scheme.
