The first week of school is in full swing at APSD! The students are adjusting to new campuses, teachers, and procedures. Congratulations to our Football Badgers on two exciting scrimmage nights before we kick off the season!

Tonight's High School football scrimmage game at home against Lake Hamilton is a AAA sanctioned event. Only AAA passes will be accepted. General admission is $4 at the gate. Go Badgers!!!

REMINDER THAT TODAY-Baptist Health will provide a Walk-in COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on the campus of Goza Middle School from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Anyone 12 years of age and older is welcome to attend. This will be the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

A special thank you to Patterson Federal Credit Union for providing lunch to Perritt and Peake employees during Capturing Kids’ Hearts Day 2 Training. Thank you to the Goza Middle School Parent Group for providing lunch for the Goza staff. We feel the love from our community!




APSD Employees completed two days of Capturing Kids Hearts Professional Development earlier this week. Thank you to First United Methodist Church, Fairfield Inn, and Trinity Temple A/G Church for hosting three of our schools. We appreciate the support of our community!




Coming this Friday! Badgerfest will be held in the AHS parking lot from 5:30p.m.—6:30p.m. Meet The Badgers will follow Badgerfest inside Badger Stadium. Entrance into Badger Stadium for Meet the Badgers is a box/bottle of laundry detergent or $5.

The Arkadelphia Public School Board voted to implement a mask mandate on Tuesday, August 10. All employees, students, and visitors are now required to wear a face mask while in a school district building or on a school bus. This requirement will be reviewed after 30 days.

The Arkadelphia Athletic Department will host a silent auction for all of the 1978-2020 basketball, football, golf, track, and volleyball banners that were hanging in the gym. Bids will take place in the high school auxiliary gym during Badgerfest on Friday, August 13th.
