We are proud to announce the outstanding young men and women who will represent Arkadelphia High School as delegates at American Legion Auxiliary Arkansas Girls State (Harding University, Searcy) and Arkansas Boys State(UCA Campus, Conway) next week!
Girls State Delegates are Isabel Clark, Annie Hardin, Christian Hunter, Maggie Phillips, Amelia Price, and Taylen Smith.
Boys State Delegates are Max Malcolm, Aspen Smith, and Trace Young.
These students will join peers from across the state in a week-long immersion into government, civic engagement, and public service.

This month, Badger Pride Awards were given to Jennifer Hurst and Mandy Newman, nominated by Principal Mary Snowden for their outstanding dedication in organizing Field Day at Peake Elementary! Their hard work, from coordinating games and t-shirt orders to rallying volunteers and snacks for over 700 students, turned a big task into an unforgettable event. Members of AHS Winter Guard were recognized at last month’s Arkadelphia School Board meeting for winning the Scholastic Region B Arkansas Winter Guard State Championship. Members of the guard include Kelsey Boyles, Jacie Bright, Kaden Bryant, Emorie Carozza, Madeline Coston (not pictured), Kentayvon Green, Eden Heard, Hayleigh Lynn, Carly Martin, Kerry Miller, Mattie Powell, Destinee Seabrooks-Roberson, Amarianna Thrower, Aeva Waddell, and Lauren White. The Winter Guard is led by Mr. Orien Sims, unable to attend the meeting, was presented his Badger Pride Award at his home campus, Peake Elementary School.

You can count on me! Let's go back 10 years to a music video that our current seniors were a part of as students at Central Elementary School. The video was one of Mrs. DeWitt's Great Kindness Challenge projects. Central worked with the 2015 AHS EAST Program to create the video. They have grown so much!
