We want to express our appreciation to our staff who work daily with our special education program within our schools. This includes special education teachers and paraprofessionals who work hand-in-hand with administrators and colleagues. Badger Pride Spotlight: Kelton Wilson! 🌟 Nominated by Mrs. Kristin Cloninger. Kelton has gone above and beyond this semester, demonstrating outstanding talent, leadership, and dedication. He played a key role in designing several spreads for the football program and created the high school millage video. Kelton will also be assisting with future district media productions. On top of his contributions at AHS, Kelton began an internship with the Chamber of Commerce, where he continues to excel.

The Badgers take the Elks at 7:00 p.m. in Elkins (349 N CENTER ST ELKINS, AR, 72727) in the Quarterfinal Round of the 4A Playoffs. Only 2025-26 AAA Passes are accepted for postseason events. Fans must purchase tickets online and have them validated at the gate. Be sure to have your tickets open on your phone to have them validated at the gate.

We’re proud to recognize Maria Hoffman, nominated by Mrs. Karen McClanahan, for her outstanding leadership and compassion at Peake Elementary. Maria consistently goes above and beyond to support our office by assisting Spanish-speaking parents—interpreting conversations, translating attendance notes, and helping over the phone. Her kindness eases worries, breaks down language barriers, and ensures every family feels seen, heard, and supported. Her gracious attitude and willingness to help at any moment make her an invaluable asset to our school community.
