The final dismissal at Perritt Primary School was one to remember. One of tears, laughter, celebrations, pictures, and videos that all come because of the special place that Louisa E. Perritt Primary School has been since it was erected in 1960. Thank you to Mrs. Stephens, the Perritt teachers, and support staff for making it another great day to be a Badger!

We would like to announce that Meridith Armstrong, Goza Middle School 7th and 8th Grade History Teacher, has been named the Arkadelphia Public School District Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Armstrong recently received the James Atkinson Award for Excellence in the Teaching of Arkansas History from the Arkansas Historical Association. She will now represent Arkadelphia for the 2024-25 Arkansas Teacher of the Year. Congratulations to Mrs. Armstrong!

Arkadelphia Public Schools will be offering two options for Children Ages 0 to 18 years old to receive FREE meals this summer regardless of family income. Children can eat breakfast (8:00am-8:30am) and/or lunch (11:30am-12:00pm) Monday through Thursday in the cafeteria at any of our four campuses June 3 - June 27. Families also have the option to sign up for FREE Bulk Food Boxes that will be distributed on Friday afternoons June 7 - July 26. Our Bus Drivers were treated to what has become an annual fish fry at the end of the year! Shane McBride not only fried the fish but he also caught all the fish. Thanks to him, Mitch, and Jimmy for putting this all together. We also say farewell this year to drivers Katharine McClure and Bud McMillion. Perritt Primary provided a bag of goodies for each driver. Thank you to the transportation department for the hard work you put in every single day!
