This survey is used to collect information on the needs of military families and to determine how well military families are being served by certain education-related programs in Arkansas.

No personal information will be collected in this survey. Survey results will be used to identify trends needing improvement and to assist in developing solutions.

This survey has 22 questions. The survey will remain open to accept responses until February 14, 2026.

Kenslei Williams, fourth-grade student at Peake Elementary School; Jadan Stewart, eighth-grade student at Goza Middle School; and Amelia Price, senior at Arkadelphia High School, were all recognized at the latest Arkadelphia School Board meeting with a Badger Pride Award. Each one of them created an ornament design that was selected for presentation on the Arkansas Capitol Christmas Tree. According to the state, this project “invites students from every Arkansas school district to create hand-drawn ornament designs that answer the question: How does ‘Arkansas Celebrates My Community’ come to life where I live? Kenslei's design included an homage to the artwork of our very own local artist, Sammy Landers. Jadan created a design that represented a beautiful sunset over Lake DeGray. Amelia created a beautiful rendering of the Henderson House.

Just a reminder that on our 2025-26 school calendar, we are celebrating a national holiday coming up one week from today!
Our offices and campuses will be closed on January 19 in honor of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. There will be no school for students.

It’s Game Day for Arkadelphia Varsity Basketball! 🏀

Make plans to come cheer on the Badgers this evening at AHS as they take on Camden Fairview. Please note that there is no junior varsity game this evening. Lady Badgers begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Boys Varsity.

The Arkadelphia High School Badger Pride Marching Band was recognized at the December School Board meeting. The Band won the 4A State Marching Band Championship in November. The 2025 show, A Bite of the Big Apple, was the highlight of the state contest at War Memorial Stadium. This was the Badger Pride Marching Bands' 8th ASBOA State Marching Band Championship! Head Band Director Larry Brown, Assistant Directors Ondrea Green and Bryan Sandoval, and a group of senior students accepted the Badger Pride Award on behalf of the entire 2025-26 Badger Pride Marching Band.

Peake second-grade student Jett Currey was awarded a Badger Pride at the December school board meeting. Jett was nominated by his teacher, Vanessa Rodgers. She states that Jett works well with others and helps their whole class succeed. He listens, shares ideas, and makes sure everyone feels included. All this demonstrates his amazing teamwork, the CKH Word of the Month. Jett makes our class a better place! Jett, you are awesome!

We are so proud of our very own Assistant Arkadelphia Band Director, Ondrea Green! On New Year’s Day, Ms. Green took part in the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California. She joined 350 band directors from across the U.S., Mexico, and Panama as part of the "Saluting America’s Band Directors Marching Band."

This was an experience of a lifetime for Ondrea that she said she would never forget, "I am very grateful for the experience to meet, travel, and create lasting memories with music educators from all over the country. I am very eager to return to our students with new ideas and an overflowing cup!”

Happy Monday!

Peake ESOL Interventionist Kathy Crow was honored at the December school board meeting, having been nominated by Ms. Snowden for a Badger Pride Award. Ms. Snowden shared that Mrs. Crow epitomizes the November CKH Word of the Month, Teamwork. She goes above and beyond for students and staff. She has created a calendar for teachers to send ELL Students to her for extra help in core classes. She is always willing to cover duty for another staff member. Kathy, we are so thankful for you and the service you provide to our students and to our school. Well deserved, Mrs. Crow!
