Our students love the library! We are grateful for our media specialists at each campus. Their roles include a multitude of tasks that they work hard at every day. Thank you!

Congratulations to two AHS Seniors who have received their CNA license this year! Maggie Phillips and Daniya Harrison are completing courses in the HealthCare and Human Services Pathway in Nursing Services through the AHS partnership with ASU Three Rivers in Malvern. Maggie and Daniya recently passed the CNA Exam. They are members of Skills USA and will compete at the state conference this month. These young ladies have received employment opportunities as a CNA even before their high school graduation. We are so proud of you both!

April is the Month of the Military Child, underscoring the important role military children play in the armed forces community. Our campuses are being challenged to Purple Up! next Friday to show their support for military children in recognizing the unique academic and social challenges children of military families face and the sacrifices they make because of their parents’ military service. We encourage our community to join us by participating in Purple Up! Support military families!

Thank you, Arkadelphia, for showing up! 💙 After the Valley View Apartment fire impacted families in our community, the Arkadelphia High School FBLA, AHS Beta Club, and Goza Middle School FBLA teamed up with local businesses to help provide aid in the healing process. We appreciate all sponsors and everyone who purchased a BBQ meal. A special thank you to Patterson Federal Credit Union for your incredible partnership; Southwest Auto Collection for the sponsorship and for being hands-on, passing out meals; and a heartfelt thanks to Sheila Bell & Fat Boy's Restaurant.
Because of your generosity, we are on track to present each of the 11 families affected with a check. We are also proud of our students who learned that when tragedy strikes, Badgers respond. Thank you for helping us turn a difficult time into a powerful display of community support.

Whether they are providing one-on-one support, helping a student master a new skill, or keeping our classrooms running smoothly, our paras go above and beyond every single day. They are the extra hands, the encouraging voices, and the steady hearts that help our Badgers succeed.
Join us in saying "Thank You!" for all they do.

On Wednesday, the Peake Elementary School New Edition Choir sang at the Arkansas State Capitol as part of the Music in Our Schools Month celebration. A special opportunity for the choir, which is led by Mrs. Laura Cornelius. They look and sound amazing.
