Happy National Principals Month to Callie Hunley, Principal of Arkadelphia High School. Mrs. Hunley is in her 9th year with APSD and she moved from principal at Perritt to being principal at Arkadelphia High School this year. Thank you, Mrs. Hunley, for your service to our students! Mrs. Snowden has been with the Arkadelphia School District for fifteen years and it is her fourth year as principal at Peake. Two interesting facts about her: 1. Happy National Principals Month to Cheryl Merk, Principal of Goza Middle School! Mrs. Merk has worked in education for 31 years and she moved to Arkadelphia 11 years ago. Two interesting facts about her: 1.  She has her pilot's license. 2. She rode a mule down 1,700 feet of the world's highest sea cliffs (recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records) to tour Hawaii's leprosy colony Kalaupapa on the island of Molokai, which is now a National park. Thank you, Mrs. Merk, for your service to our students! We are privileged to have you in the Arkadelphia School District!
